The general purpose of the program is to create, remove, and disuser
accounts on the system.

Contains the executable image of the program, MAKACT.EXE and an
example file to define the symbols NEEDED to run the program.

Contains the help library file for the MAKACT program.
.le;FILES.dir:
Contains the default, customized, and standard setting of the accounts
to be create and the defualt LOGIN.com file.

Contains some examples of the command procedures to create the accounts
along with the command procedures used to submit the batch jobs and the
command procedure to do the tree deletions for the REMOVE commands.

Contains the source code for the make account program and the command
procedures to build and link the program.
