	U N I Q U E   F I L E   N A M E   G E N E R A T O R


	This command file generates file names that are
	gauranteed to be unique in the directory specified.
	File type and partial file names can be supplied and
	will by used for checking.  This procedure simply
	starts with the users pid, appends the directory,
	partial name, and file type (the parameters) and checks
	disk. If the file already exists, the pid number is
	bumped and the new number used inthe next check.
	the value of the name found to be unique is return in
	the DCL global symbol UNIQUE_FILE_NAME.
