Nevermind, it was the fan. Already ordered one. Heck, these AS800 disks are easy to pull anyway. This baby has a 4.5" fan ducted cool the processor. Canasta and shuffle board pall pretty quickly. Frankly, tormenting telemarketers sounds like fun! ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 17 Feb 2008 11:15:00 -0600 From: David J Dachtera Subject: Re: HP OpenVMS Tele-Marketing?!? Bill and I have exchanged some private e-mail on this. If you can make the case to law enforcement, there may be a way to build a case against persistent DNC list offenders. I just posted to to my freeware area some DCL code I used back in early 1994 to effect the procesution of some juveniles who were committing telephone harassment. Creative use of VMS to assist law enforcement, at the very least. The effort was successful. Thanks - I appreciate the posting. Similar text appears in several different manuals, but unfortunately all it tells you is which connector you should plug your cable into. It doesn't say anything about how the cable is wired. BTW, can anybody identify the type of these connectors on the H7874? They look a little bit like RJ45s, but they have a completely different contact arrangement. Bob ------------------------------ End of INFO-VAX 2008.096 ************************
