	This SEND program is a rewritten version of a program which
was discovered in our system upon it's birth in November 1980.
It's basic function is to allow someone using a non-VT100
to send and receive messages from other users and has the capability
for various qualifier modifcations and enhancements.
	This version of SEND takes advantage of some of the new
capabilities of VMS and
is a handy reference for using the GETJPI system service and the
new CLI interface facility.
