[Clement.hlp] contains a series of .RNO files that may be built into help and 
document files. HELP__BUILD.COM is a command file to build the relevant .HLP 
and .DOC files. They include:

Lab, California.
.le;TOPDRAWER - A "public domain" graphics program from Stanford Linear
Accelerator Lab, California. 
.le;APLTPU - A revision of a program from the DECUS Spring-86 Sig tape.
.le;EDTEM - A modified version of EDTEM submitted to the Fall-86 tape.
.le;MISC - SPY, WIPEOUT, SD documentation.
