This directory contains a concatenation of all the VMS HELP libraries
which accompany products installed in the Applications Software Library.
A HLP$LIBRARY symbol has been defined at system level, to make access
to the file LIB:[LIB.HELP]LIB  more convenient for the users.

The individual product HELP libraries are maintained in the individual
product subdirectories, and LIB.HLB is built from them using the GENERATE
procedure contained in [LIB.HELP].
