The MONTERM program simply prints on your terminal the characters
it receives, displaying the octal, decimal and hexadecimal value,
and the parity, of each individual code.  Control codes are shown
as the corresponding alplhabetic character, prefixed by a caret (^).
The program is available on both the Cyber and VAX systems at
Fermilab.
 
GENERATE.COM is the compilation and linking procedure.
HISTORY.LOG is the program development journal.
MONTERM.FOR is the fortran source deck.
MONTERM.EXE is the executable code.
SETUP.COM makes the MONTERM command symbol available.
