The SIX12 procedure translates between standard ASCII codes and the
equivalent pairs of characters which the Cyber NOS system calls 
'6/12 ASCII'.  This conversion is necessary for upper/lower case
files which are to be copied between the Cyber and VAX/VMS systems
at FERMILAB using the NET utility.  If no parameters are specified,
SIX12 will prompt for the input and output file names, and direction
of translation.
 
Usage:
         
          $ @LIB:[LIB.SIX12]SETUP          ! once per login

          $ SIX12  p1  p2  p3
 
          p1 - Input file specification
          p2 - Output file specification
          p3 - TO or FROM to translate to/from Cyber 6/12 code.
