  This program divides a Fortran-77 source file into separate .FOR
files, using SUBROUTINE, FUNCTION, and BLOCK DATA statements, and
variations thereof, as delimiters, and taking deck names from those
statements.  The program prompts for the input file name, and the
directory into which to place the individual deck files.

Usage:  $ RUN LIB:[LIB.SPLIT]SPLIT
                  or
        $ @LIB:[LIB.SPLIT]SETUP     ! Make SPLIT symbol once per login
        $ SPLIT                     ! Use the symbol
