This submissions updates my previous RUNOFF template for the
Language Sensitive Editor.  Using the latest version of LSE I've
found and eliminated a few inconsistancies.

     The RUNOFF template currently looks for language help in the
system help directory.  You will have to create a help library
by doing a

LIBRARY/CREATE/HELP RNO.HLB RNO.HLP

command and put the library into SYS$HELP.  You may also want to create
ENVironment files to make startup of the editor faster.

The RUNOFF template is fairly comprehensive: the help file is less so,
and could really use some more help text.

The LSE template is a crude one, but was enough to greately simplify the
task of creating the RUNOFF template.
