CRIB - A cribbage game for one person and one computer

This directory contains the executable, object code, and source code
for the game CRIB, some short utility programs for special effects,
and an explanation of how it works.

To compile CRIB, VMS 4.2 or higher and VAX BASIC 2.3 is required.

To run CRIB, VMS 4.2 or higher is required.

These are the files contained in this directory:

AAAREADME.TXT		This file.
CARD_HISTORY.DAT	The file of CRIB's known card combinations.
CRIB.BAS        	Source code for CRIB
CRIB.EXE		Executable for CRIB
CRIB.RNO		Implementation, installation, and strategy notes.
CRIB_DUMP.BAS		A utility program to dump the contents of the
			CARD_HISTORY.DAT file.
CRIB_DUMP.EXE		A compiled and linked CRIB_DUMP.BAS.
CRIB_TOTALS.BAS		A utility program to make a summary dump of all
			players' scores from the PLAY_HISTORY.DAT file.
GAMCRON.		A schedule of when it's okay to play.
			Same as the GAMCRON. used for CONQUEST.
PLAY_HISTORY.DAT	An empty file to be used for player histories.
