This is a document tracking system that we use to track various 
	pieces of correspondance in and out of our office.  To implement
	place the "stuff" in EXTRACTED.CDD in some CDD dictionary node.
	This is accomplised by doing:

	DTR> define dictionary cdd$top.foo
	DTR> set dictionary cdd$top.foo
	DTR> @extracted.cdd
	
	Place everything else in some directory.  Put the parts you want
	from PUT_IN_LOGIN.COM in someone's LOGIN.COM.  From then on, the
	command:  TRACK  will call up this application.

	The application is designed in one large WHILE loop so that the
	initial startup time is a real killer but everything is pretty
	quick from then on.

	It uses the function SWAP_FMS_KEYS that is sent along in a sub-
	directory.
