NOTE:  At our site, we set up SYS$BATCH as a low priority queue, and have
created SYS$BATCHI as a high priority queue.  EXECUTE will submit the job
in the high priority queue by selecting /HIGH.  If you have such a scheme,
but with a queue of different name, modify EXECUTE_CLD.CLD.
