This version is a combined NCSA TCP/IP and MacTCP driver version. You configure SLIP on the modem port with the hardware=slipN configuration command (N is the baud rate, e.g. 9600). MacTCP can be used by specifying hardware=driver. This version will also try to do BOOTP to determine its IP address if dynamic address configuration is requested and you are using NCSA TCP/IP. This is useful for cisco (to name one) Terminal Servers which will respond to BOOTP requests on their SLIP lines. The BYU FTP client is also supported by selecting service FTP in the open connection dialog. This version is copyright cisco Systems, Inc. It can be used and given away as long as it is not sold. Only the binary will be made available. This software is being supplied as is without any warranty or support. I will gladly receive bug reports but I can make no commitment to fixing them. I also cannot mail anyone copies of this file. If you cannot FTP it, you will need to ask someone else who can. Greg Satz cisco PS. I am looking for a REGIS terminal emulator that I could possibly incorporate into this package.
