This is the latest version of xlock (sccs version 22.7) patchlevel = 1.3

CHANGES:
   o added SunOS3.5 fix.
   o changed -mono -> -color, and -saver -> -lock.
   o allow non-locking screensavers to display on remote machine.
   o added -echokeys to disable echoing of '?'s on input.
   o cleaned up all of the parameters and defaults.
   o added -xhost to allow access control list to be left alone.
   o added -screensaver (don't disable screen saver) for the paranoid.
   o Moved seconds() here from all of the display mode source files.
   o Fixed bug with calling XUngrabHosts() in finish().
