This directory contains issues of the Wombat Examiner (the 4GL SIG's
 newsletter) which have not appeared on previous tapes.  This directory
 contains the files in ASCII text format.

    The files are in a compressed library created with MAKE_TLB.COM,
 which can be found as part of the SIG tapes.  One of the files in the
 library is EXTRACT_TLB.COM, which can be used to extract all of the
 other files in the library.
