This directory and all subdirectories below it represent the files,
tools, etc. that are unique to the various systems (which I refer to
as sites) that I work on. Each cluster is a 'site' is a directory
below this point.

The SETUP.COM (and other SET*.COM files) are run as part of my login
procedure to define generic logicals that refer to the site specific
directory (below this).
