This saveset comprises a menu driven interface to normal(for us :-))
operator functions. These include the management of user processes, queues,
3780 lines, and plotting. You should probably ignore the plotter and comm
functions, but the rest might prove to be useful (or not :-( ). Most of the
command procedures are documented and hopefully the code is fairly readable.
