GETCMD.MAR is a MACRO program that will display the DCL command recall
buffer for any interactive process on the system. It's been around for
about four years and is, I believe, bug-free.  Of course, I'm not
responsible for any problems, crashes, etc.

To build it, simply:

	$ MACRO GETCMD
	$ LINK/NOTRACE GETCMD
	$ GETCMD :== $dev:[dir]GETCMD.EXE
	$ GETCMD <pid>
