Yes - at ftp.service.digital.com - best to take a look through
http://www.service.digital.com/  At the moment, access to the patches requires
a service contract, but as of July 1, they'll be open to all (this was
announced at DECUS in May.)  You can also search "readme" files for the
patches (even if you don't have a contract).
