GNU on VMS project mailing lists

	There are several mailing lists you might want to subscribe
	to.  These are the general lists:

	  gnu-announce		A list to get announcements about
				new packages or updates.
	  gnu-bugs		A list to send bug reports to.
	  gnu-discuss		A list for misc. discussion.

	and the following lists are more or less specialised:

	  gnu-utils		A list to discuss small GNU utilities
				like zip, bison, flex, ...
	  gnu-emacs-announce	A list to get announcements about
				new Emacs packages or updates.
	  gnu-emacs-bugs	A list to send bug reports on Emacs to.
	  emacs-testers		A list for Emacs testers.

	To subscribe to a list, send a message to
	LIST-request@lists.vms.gnu.ai.mit.edu (for example
	gnu-emacs-bugs-request@lists.vms.gnu.ai.mit.edu) with the
	following line in the message body:

			SUBSCRIBE

	To send a message to the list, send a message to
	LIST@lists.vms.gnu.ai.mit.edu (for example
	gnu-emacs-bugs@lists.vms.gnu.ai.mit.edu).
